Terms of Use

By uploading your images to be modified by the program of the Artist and to include the modified images to the gallery, you give your permission

• to include them into the Artist´s digital work of art;
• to reproduce, display publicly and distribute the images in modified form for any purposes which is related to the Artist´s work of art, also in the future.

The user grants, that he/she has the right to use and distribute the uploaded images as well as to assign and transfer these rights to the Artist and third parties. There are no fees or expenses to be paid under these terms of use and the user has the legal responsibility regarding the use of the images.

The user has the right to distribute the images in modified form through his/her own distribution channels.
